摘　　要：目的测定野生白花丹药材的水分、灰分的含量,为建立白花丹药材质量标准提供实验数据.方法按《中国药典》2005年版I部附录IXH中水分测定法中的第一法、附录IXK灰分测定法测定.结论该方法简单、准确、重复性好,为建立白花丹药材质量标准提供了科学实验数据.Objective： To determine moisture and ashes from wild herba Plumbaginis Zeylanicae with different collection times for establishing of quality standards. Methods： Samples are determined according to the procedures recorded in the Appendix IXH and IXK of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, published in 2005, for moisture and ashes determination respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, replicate and suitable for the determination of moisture and ashes from wild herba Plumbaginis Zeylanicae with different collection times for establishing of quality standards.
