11种常用中药材在石蜡切片中的软化处理方法

摘　　要：石蜡切片是中药材的显微鉴定中最常用、最有效的方法之一.在石蜡切片的制作过程中一般需要新鲜的中药材,由于药材生长周期、季节、地域的不同,很难得到新鲜的药材,但我们在工作中亦可采用干燥中药材进行石蜡切片,本文对11种常用干燥中药材进行软化处理,研究软化的条件和方法,为制作出好的石蜡切片奠定基础.Paraffin section is the most common and effective way to evaluate Chinese Material Medica. Fresh herbal is usually used to make the paraffin sections. Because the herb is different in growing environment, season, geographic, it is difficult to get fresh herbs. But we can also use dried Chinese Material Medica to prepare paraffin sections. In this paper, 9 kinds of Chinese Material Medica are carried out. The conditions and methods of softening were studied, and the results demonstrated that it is possible to make good paraffin sections.
