摘　　要：On April 8th, 2010, the 'Treaty Between the United States of America and the Russian Federation on Measures for the FurtherOn April 8^th, 2010, the ＂Treaty Between the United States of America and the Russian Federation on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms＂ was signed.
