摘  要:用强迫水解的方法制备粒径为5 nm 的无定形 Fe2 O3 微粒, 并用滴膜的方法制备 I T O/ Fe2 O3 电极. 在 K Cl, Na2 S O4, Na O H 电解质溶液中研究这种电极的光电化学特性. 同时对光生载流子在 Fe2 O3 膜/电解质溶液界面的传递过程进行讨论. 根据紫外可见吸收特性及光电流的产生电位实验数据绘制了无定形 Fe2 O3 的能级示意图.Amorphous Fe 2O 3 colloid was prepared by the forced hydrolysis method and its films were fabricated on ITO electrodes by dropping technique. The photoelectrochemical properies of ITO/Fe 2O 3 electrodes were investigated in 0.5 mol/L KCl, 1 mol/L Na 2SO 4 and 1 mol/L NaOH solutions, in which the anodic current onset potentials were 0.75 V, 0.75 V and 0.6 V respectively. The band gap of amorphous Fe 2O 3 was 2.18 eV obtained from the UV vis absorption spectrum. In the amorphous Fe 2O 3 particulate films/electrolyte system, the photo induced holes transfered to the electrolyte and oxidized a species in the solution, while the excited electrons moved in the direction toward the ITO electrode, which caused the anodic current. On the other hand, some photo induced electrons also transfered to the electrolyte to cause cathodic current in the direction of voltage reverse scan.
