摘 要:在复杂的空间结构中,节点构造的好坏对结构的传力性能、制作安装、工程进度及工程造价都有相当大的影响,寻找传力合理、施工简便、造价低廉的节点形式是摆在工程技术人员面前的一个课题。铸钢节点虽然已应用多年,但其质量问题也一直受到争议。笔者研究发现,受浇注工艺的影响,节点越复杂,越容易在热结形成及后期热处理时造成质量缺陷,为此,在本文中笔者提出一种相贯焊与铸钢相结合的组合节点,这种节点既可使铸造部分被简化,又可以避免焊接节点设置加劲肋带来的困难。In the complex space structure, the quality of joint detail has quite tremendous influence to the structure force transfer performance, fabrication and erection, the schedule and the building cost of projects. Seeking the joints form that has reasonable force transfer performance, simple construction and low construction cost remains an issue to be solved. Although the cast steel joints have been applied for many years, but the quality problem is still controversial. The studies show that the more complex of joints, the easier to cause the quality flaw when the hot junction forms and the later heat treatment is made with the influence of pouring process. For this reason, a composite joint in combination with directly welded and cast steel is proposed. This kind of joints is simplified in casting part, and also avoids the difficulty arised from the stiffener in the welded joint.
