摘 要:根据煤氧复合理论,基于热反应动力学参数的聚类评价技术指标,测试和分析了煤在自燃氧化过程中的生热总量、产热速率和热焓变化等参数的变化规律。结果为:氧化温度在68~83℃内,煤自燃氧化产热速率加速增加,化学反应作用不明显;煤自燃氧化的焓变随反应温度升高逐渐增大,从反应初始阶段的18kJ/mol,逐渐增加到80℃时的300kJ/mol。实验结果为煤自燃危险性的综合分析评价指标体系的建立提供了技术支持,并在抑制矿井生产过程中由于煤炭自燃引发的恶性事故方面具有显著的现实意义。The paper is based on thermal kinetic parameters of the technical evaluation of the cluster of indicators,according to the coal-oxygen complex theory. Change regularity of the total heat releases,the heat releases rate and the enthalpy changes in the process of coal spontaneous combustion is analyzed and tested by the paper. The results are as follows:combustion temperature was at 68 ~ 83 ℃,the heat releases rate of coal spontaneous combustion quick increased,role of chemical reactions was not obvious; the enthalpy changes of coal spontaneous combustion increased with reaction temperature,gradually increased from 18 kJ / mol of the initial stage to 300kJ/mol of 80 ℃. The results has provided technical support for the establish of a comprehensive analysis evaluation index system of coal spontaneous combustion ,and has significant practical significance in inhibiting fatal accidents caused by coal spontaneous combustion in the process of mine production.
