摘　　要：目的：探讨宫颈癌患者的社会支持因素与其生活质量的关系，寻求相应护理方法。方法：采用宫颈癌患者中文版QOL评估量表（QOL—ICC）、社会支持量表对52例宫颈癌患者的社会支持与其生活质量的相关性进行分析。结果：本组患者心理状况、生活乐趣、治疗负面反应评分较低，获得的社会支持总分较高，且其心理状况、生活乐趣、治疗负面反应与社会支持有显著相关性（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：社会支持水平与宫颈癌患者的生活质量密切相关。Objective ： To study the relationship between social support factors and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer in order to seek appropriate methods of nursing care. Methods ： QOL - ICC and Social Support Scale were used to make an analysis of the correlation between social support and quality of life in 52 patients with cervical cancer. Results： The scores of psychological conditions, joy of living, negative reaction to treatment were lower, but the scores of social support were higher and there was significant correlation between psychological conditions, joy of living, negative reaetion to treatment and social support （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The level of social support is closely related to the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer.
