老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后早期康复护理疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后早期康复护理的效果。方法：将61例老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后患者随机分为康复护理组31例和对照组30例，康复护理组术后给予早期综合康复护理，对照组给予常规康复护理，术后1年比较两组患者生活自理能力和行走能力。结果：术后1年康复护理组患者生活自理能力和行走能力均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：早期康复护理有助于改善老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后患者生活自理能力和行走能力。Objective： To evaluate the effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing care in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture by internal fixation. Methods： 61 elderly intertrochanteric fracture patients treated with internal fixation were randomly divided into rehabilitation nursing care group （n = 31 ） and control group （n = 30）. The patients in the rehabilitation nursing care group received early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care and the patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing care after surgery. The self - care ability of daily living and walking ability were compared between the two groups after surgery for one year. Results： The self - care ability of daily living and walking ability one year later after surgery were superior in the rehabilitation nursing care group to that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Early rehabilitation nursing care is conducive to the improvement of self - care ability and walking ability of the elderly patients with intertrochanterie fracture after internal fixation.
