摘　　要：高校德育在培养大学生道德人格、促进大学生全面发展和构建社会主义和谐社会中都有着无可替代的作用，但高校德育的效果还不尽如人意。影响高校德育实效的因素是多方面的，有社会的原因，有历史的原因，还有高校德育自身的原因。正是这些问题的存在，使我国高校德育面临严峻挑战。Morality education of higher education has a large effect on students＇ overall development and constructing socialism Harmonious society.However,the actual effect is not ideal.A lot of factors affect actual efficiency of morality education.The main reason includes the disorder in social ethical imperfection and reconstruction,historical reason and higher educational morality education itself.Because there exists these factors, morality education of higher education is facing a rigorous challenge.
