摘  要:教学与科研是当今高校的两大重要职能,高校教师必须正确处理这两者之间的关系。从教学科研实践的亲身体会,讨论了教学与科研之间既相互对立,又相互联系,相互促进,共同发展的辩证关系。以"混凝土结构设计原理"课程教学中的一个公式推导过程为例,阐述了教学对科研的启发促进作用。高校教师应清醒地认识两者之间的关系,做到教中有研,以研促教,以教启研,教研相长。Teaching and scientific research are two important functions of colleges today,so instructors should exactly treat with the relationship of them.The dialectical relationships between them are discussed from the experiences of practices of teaching and research.They are opposite and simulative to each other,and develop together.The heuristic simulative effect of teaching on research is exemplified by the creative process of a formula in the teaching of the course of Concrete Structural Design Principle.Instructors should roundly understand the relationships between teaching and research,and try to teach with researching,to promote education by researching,to inspire research by teaching and to make teaching and research favorable to each other.
