摘 要:采用熔盐法合成单一Bi4Ti3O12(BTO),研究了温度及升温速率对熔盐法合成钛酸铋形貌的影响,结果表明,合成的BTO为板状结构,颗粒尺寸为0.2~8μm;BTO晶体的{010}晶面族晶面沿b轴有明显的择优取向。当温度为850~950℃时,升温速率对{010}晶面族晶面择优取向程度的影响大于温度对其的影响。相同升温速率下,温度对{010}晶面族晶面相对衍射强度值最高为1.153倍;而相同温度下,升温速率对{010}晶面族晶面相对衍射强度值最高为12.404倍。通过研究工艺参数(温度、升温速率等)对{010}晶面族晶面择优取向程度的影响,可以实现BTO晶体形貌的可控。Pure Bi4Ti3O12 platelets is synthesized by molten salt method. The effect of temperature and heating rate on BTO morphology is investigated. The results show that the size of BTO platelets is 0. 2-8μm, and it's plate struture; {010} crystal plane along the/)-axis of BTO has obvious preferred orientation. During 850-950℃, the im- pact of heating rate on preferred orientation of {010} crystal planes is greater than temperature. At the same heating rate, the max value of relative intensity of {010} crystal plane affected by temperature is 1. 153; but at the same tem- perature, the max value of relative intensity of {010} crystal plane affected by heating rate is 12. 404. By studying the effect of process parameters (temperature, heating rate, etc. ) on { 010 } crystal plane preferred orientation degree, controllable morphology of BTO crystal can be achieved.
