摘  要:对桑树桑黄的子实体和发酵菌粉的氨基酸、矿物质元素以及多糖等主要活性成分的含量进行了分析比较。结果表明,桑树桑黄子实体和发酵菌粉均含有17种氨基酸,均以谷氨酸含量最高,必须氨基酸中都以亮氨酸含量最高。桑树桑黄子实体和发酵菌粉中都含有人体必不可少的钙、铁、锌等8种矿物质元素。桑树桑黄发酵菌粉多糖、黄酮含量均高于子实体。桑树桑黄发酵菌粉黄酮含量为3.97%,多糖含量为12.8%;子实体黄酮含量为0.1%,多糖含量为4.76%。The chemical compositions of fruiting bodies and fermentation powder of Phellinus igniarius growing on mulberry tree were characterized in this investigation, including amino acid, mineral, fatty acids, polysccharrides and so on. The results showed that the fruiting bodies and fermentation powder of Phellinus igniarius growing on mulberry tree contatined 17 kinds of amino acids, both of which the glutamate among nonessential amino acid and the leucine among essential amino acid reached the highest level. Both fruiting bodies and fermentation powder of Phellinus igniarius growing on mulberry tree contained 8 minerals, such as calcium, iron and zinc, and were rich in polysaccharides and flavonoids. Both of polysaccharides and flavonoids of fermentation powder were more higher than them of fruiting bodies of Phellinus igniarius growing on mulberry tree. The content of phenols of fermentation powder of Phellinus igniarius growing on mulberry tree reached 3.97%, and the content of phenols of fruiting bodies reached 0.1%. The content of polysccharides of fermentation powder of Phellinus igniarius growing on mulberry tree reached 12.8%, and the content of polysccharides of fruiting bodies reached 4.76%.
