动力波洗涤技术在烧结烟气脱硫中的应用

摘　　要：阐述了动力波(DynaWave()洗涤技术的工艺原理、吸收塔的结构和性能特点。并介绍了该技术在萍钢2×90 m2烧结机烟气脱硫中的应用现状。实践表明,该技术具有极强的烟气净化能力,可适应烟气量波动大的条件,可靠性高,且由于采用了大口径喷头,从而避免了堵塞问题。The working principle of Dana Wave scrubbing technology and the structure ＆ features of absorbing tower are explained. The practice of application of the technology in Pingxiang Steels for desulphurization of gas flue from two 90mz sinter machines shows the advantages of the technology such as high dust--collecting capability, insensitive to fluctuation of flue gas qty, high reliability and no jam due to usage of nozzle with big aperture diameter.
