益肾活血方对糖尿病肾病早期患者肾脏保护作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益肾活血方联合贝那普利对糖尿病肾病早期患者的肾脏保护作用。方法糖尿病肾病3期患者72例随机分为治疗组和对照组,在基本治疗的基础上,治疗组用益肾活血方联合贝那普利治疗,对照组应用贝那普利常规治疗;治疗12W后,比较两组中医症状、体征及实验室相关指标改变情况。结果治疗组改善中医症状、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、24h尿蛋白定量(24hpro)、尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、尿N-乙酸-β-G氨基葡萄糖甘酸(NAG)、血β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血脂、血液流变学的效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论益肾活血方联合贝那普利对糖尿病肾病早期患者肾脏具有保护作用,临床疗效明显优于单纯应用贝那普利,可进一步研究。Objective To observe the protective function of Yi Shen Huo Xue formula （ reinforcing kidney and promoting blood circulation formula） combined with benazepril on kidneys in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 72 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy stage III were randomized into the therapeutic group and the control group. On the basis of basic treatment, the therapeutic group was treated with Yi Shen Huo Xue formula combined with benazepril, and the control group was treated with benazepril. After 12 weeks of treatment, the changes of traditional Chinese medical （TCM） symptoms, signs and related laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic group＇s improvement of TCM symptoms, mAlb, 24hpro, α1 - MG, NAG, β2 - MG, blood lipid and hemorheology was obviously better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05orP 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Yi Shen Huo Xue formula combined with benazepril can protect the kidneys of patients with early diabetic nephropathy, and its clinical effect is obviously superior to using benazepril alone. It is worthy of further study.
