摘　　要：高校人事管理系统是实现高校人力资源信息化管理的一种有效的方式。该文介绍了基于SSH的高校人事管理系统的设计与实现方法,能满足现代人事管理需要的应用系统。The personnel management system is an effective way to realization of human resources information management. This article introduces the design and implementation of personnel management system for university based on SSH,it can meet the needs of modern personnel management applications.
