摘　　要：通过对第十一届全运会田径比赛1～8名成绩、奖牌和项目地域分布，总结出了我国田径运动的发展存在着发展不平衡的状况，虽有少数项目达到或接近世界先进水平，但总体上仍与世界先进水平有一定的差距。指出了田径人才培养要发挥举国体制的作用，加大对田径基地的投入，着重发展优势项目，要积极挖掘和培养后备力量，把优势项目所在的地区作为培养后备人才的基地。The 11 th National Games athletics results from 1 to 8, the geographical distribution of medals and items summed up the development of Chinese track and field there is imbalance, although a small number of projects reached the world advanced level, but in general the world advanced level is still a certain gap between the Chinese Track and Field Advantage project area, pointed out the track and field personnel training to play the role of the nationwide system and increase investment in track and field base, focus on the development advantages of the project, to actively explore and develop reserve forces to the area where the advantages of the project as a training base for reserve personnel.
