摘　　要：女体育教师作为我国体育教育事业的骨干力量,存在着要承受社会偏见;先天的身体素质弱势;更多的社会义务和家庭负担;月经期教学的不便;生育产生的负面影响等困难。应对这些因难需要社会、学校和家庭给予更多的帮助与关爱,通过学习、锻炼进行自我克服。As the backbone strength of the P. E. education of country. The female teachers have to withstand the social prejudice, the weaker congenital physical, teaching in convenient in monthly period, the negative effect of giving to children, TO deal with these difficult tide, it needs more helps and care prom society, school and the family, and through the learning, practicing can they conquer these by themselves.
