摘　　要：通过对模具行业的分析,模具专业对应岗位群的职业能力分析,提出了工学结合的模具专业人才的培养方案。By analyzing the mold industry and analyzing the professional capacity needed for jobs in mold industry,this paper proposes a training program for mold industry personnel.The program combines school education with real operation.
