摘　　要：本文从高校学生干部队伍的现状入手,对其存在的问题进行分析,着重从学生干部的选拔、培养与监督考核三个方面提出了加强高校学生干部队伍建设的一系列措施。Based on the status quo of student cadres,this paper analyzed the existing problems,and proposed a series of measures to strengthen college student cadre troop construction from the three aspects including the student cadre selection,training and the inspection.
