经济管理类专业实验教学存在的问题及对策探析——以山东工商学院为例

摘　　要：经济管理类专业实验教学能够提高学生的专业素质、推动教学改革的深入发展、促进经管类专业的科学化发展。目前,经管类专业实验教学中存在着若干需要改进的问题,如,实验教学管理机制不健全,实验教学理念落后,教师驾驭实验能力不足,实验教学效果没有充分显现等。以山东工商学院为例,对经管类专业实验教学中存在的问题以及相关的解决对策进行了探析。Experimental teaching of economics and management majors can improve the professional quality of the students to meet the needs of economic and social development,which can also promote further development of teaching reform,promote scientific development on major of economic management.However,there is a number of issues that need to be improved in the experimental teaching,such as the mechanism is not perfect,experimental teaching philosophy is musty;teachers lack of capacity to control experiment;the effects do not fully manifest and so on.Taking the example of Shandong Institute of Business and Technology,the problems and the related countermeasures in experimental teaching of economics and management were analyzed in details.
