摘　　要：目的探讨影响系统性红斑狼疮患者服药依从性的相关因素。方法回顾性分析120例系统性红斑狼疮患者的临床资料,比较依从组及不依从组患者在患者因素、药物治疗情况、治疗过程等变量上的差异。结果系统性红斑狼疮服药依从41.7%、不依从60.3%,单因素检验12个变量影响系统性红斑狼疮服药依从性（P〈0.05）,Logistic回归分析家属不支持、疾病知识掌握差、经济收入少、文化程度低是影响系统性红斑狼疮患者服药依从性的独立危险因素。结论系统性红斑狼疮病患者药物治疗依从性较差,影响因素较多,应针对上述因素实施相应的对策以提高其依从性。Objective To investigate the impact of drug compliance in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus related factors. Methods Retrospective analysis of 120 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus patients with clinical data, comparison group and failing to comply with patients in the patient factors, drug treatment, and treatment variables such as differences. Results of systemic lupus erythematosus drug compliance （41.7%, 60.3% non-compliant, single-factor test 12 variables affect systemic lupus erythematosus drug compliance （P 0.05）, Logistic regression analysis did not support their families, knowledge of disease control is poor, income small, low educational level is the impact of the drug compliance of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus independent risk factors. Conclusion Drugs with systemic lupus erythematosus patients with poor treatment compliance, factors more, should focus on the factors mentioned above to implement the corresponding measures to improve the compliance.
