摘  要:本试验比较了自然光、强光、增大透气孔、增加CO2等条件下不同糖浓度的满天星(Gypsophilapaniculata)小植株的生长状况.结果表明:(1)在自然光下,无糖培养明显不如有糖培养;(2)在增加光强时,无糖培养得到一点促进,但效果较微;增大透气孔而无光强增加时,无糖培养虽得到促进,但效果依然不大;(3)在增加光强的同时,增大透气孔,无糖培养得到了较大的促进;(4)在(3)的基础上,同时加入CO2(使光期瓶外CO2体积分数维持在1000×10-6~2000×10-6左右),无糖培养的各项指标将接近于有糖培养.The growing situation of plantlet of Gypsophila paniculata on media with different concentration of sucrose under nature light and stronger light(5000lx) when enlarging gas permeable window of plastic film and increasing CO 2 concentration were studied.The results showed that:(1) Under nature light,the growing situation of plantlet was obviously worse on the medium with sugar free than sugar containing;(2)The effect of promoting the photosynthesis of sugar free culture plantlet was not very obvious only when increasing light intensity or enlarging gas permeable hole of plastic film.But as the requirement (light intensity and gas permeable window of plastic film) were reached with the CO 2 enriched treatment that the CO 2 concentration outside vessel during the photoperiod was maintained at a level of 1000×10 -6 ~2000×10 -6 ,sugar free culture plantlet grow as well as that of sugar containing.
