摘  要:以荷兰博格能(Buggenum)的IGCC项目中的Shel气化炉为研究对象,通过逆推方法得到其炉膛有关几何尺寸。根据射流理论确定炉内流动型式,将Shel气化炉膛分成三区,即燃烧区、气化区和回流区,分别对各区进行质量、能量和动量平衡,并考虑炉膛壁由于煤粉燃烧气化而产生的炉渣层的能量、质量和动量平衡,得到有关方程,进行建模工作。在模型的基础上进行动态与静态仿真,并进行参数化研究。分析稳态和动态仿真结果,得到一些重要参数的变化趋势和有意义的结论,与有关文献给出的结果相比,趋势完全一致。为以后研究IGCC系统的动静态特性打下基础。Considering the Shell gasifier used in Netherlands Buggenum IGCC power plant, the conversing deduce method is used to obtain its geometry. The inner flow pattern of gasifier is decided with injection flow theory, the inner of gasifier is divided into three zones: combustion zone, gasification zone and recirculation zone. Applying the mass, energy and moment balance to each zone, also considering the slag layer, a set of differential and algebraic equation can be derived. Based on these equation sets, a program is developed for dynamic and static simulation purpose. Also parameterization is done. Investigating the results of dynamic and static simulation, some conclusions are drawn, these are consistent with those in other references. It is a base for the future research of dynamic and static characteristics of whole IGCC power plant.
