眼镜蛇(Naja naja atra)毒膜毒素MT-Ⅰ的生物学效应研究

摘　　要：从眼镜蛇（Ｎａｊａｎａｊａａｔｒａ）毒中纯化出膜毒素ＭＴ－Ⅰ，该毒素与磷脂酶Ａ２产生协同溶血效应，使小鸡颈二腹肌等标本产生进行性挛缩，对体外Ｈｕｔ－７８细胞有杀伤作用。One membrane toxin named MT I was purified from the venom of cobra ( Naja naja atra ) and its some biological effects were studied. The purified MT I could induce haemolysis effect in cooperation with PLA2, contraction of the biventer cervicis muscle of chick and marked damage to Hut 78 cell lines. Even more, effect of MT I on heart of the cat was investigated in vivo .
