无张力疝修补老年性腹股沟44例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨利用高分子材料无张力修补老年性腹股沟疝的疗效。方法 选择60岁以上腹股沟疝患者44例先行疝囊颈结扎,然后采用Bard公司网状补片修补,伞状网塞固定于疝囊颈结扎处 ,成型片状补片平铺于精索后缝合固定于耻骨结节、联合腱、内环、腹股沟韧带。结果 修补腹股沟斜疝40例,直疝4例。男 41例,女3例,合并肝硬化腹水1例,一侧复发6次再次手术1例。全组均治愈,平均住院日7 天,平均术后12天拆线,术后随访1年,复发1例,旷置远端疝囊积液2例。结论应用Bard公司网状补片无张力修补老年腹股沟疝疗效肯定,手术时间短,操作简化,复发率低 ,适应症较广,基层值得推广应用。Objective Explore the use of polymer materials, tension-free inguinal hernia repair the efficacy of age. The whole group were cured, The average length of stay 7 days, An average of 12 days after stitches, Were followed up for 1 year, 1 relapse, . Exclusion distal hernia sac effusion in 2 cases. Conclusion Bard mesh patch application company tension-free inguinal hernia repair is effective and elderly, Short operation time, Simplified operation, Recurrence rate,Broader indications, Grass-roots level should be widely applied.
