摘　　要：目的：观察针刺对骨折家兔垂体—甲状腺轴的影响。方法：将健康雄性家兔３６只造成左侧桡骨中段宽３ｍｍ的骨缺损，术后随机分为针刺组和对照组，观察２组不同周次的血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４和ＴＳＨ的变化。结果：针刺组的Ｔ３、Ｔ４和ＴＳＨ均高于对照组，尤以第２周Ｔ４、ＴＳＨ，第４周Ｔ３差异显著，有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５或＜０．０１）。OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of acupuncture on hypophysis-thyroid axis of rabbits with fracture.METHOD:Fracture was created in the left radius of 36 healthy male rabbits,which were then divided at random into an acupuncture group and a control group.ERSULT:The T 3,T 4 and TSH in the acupuncture group were all higher than those in the control group and the gratest difference occurred in the second week for T 4 and TSH and the fourth week for T 3,with statistical significance (P<0.05 or <0.01).CONCLUSION:The mechanism of acupuncture in promoting healing of bones may be related to hypophysis-thyroid axis.
