摘　　要：谈判和签署协议是图书馆电子资源采访过程中的一个标准程序,涉及多种协议类型,不同协议类型在签署时应注意不同的事项。针对图书馆在电子资源采访中面临的问题,建议由图书情报学会、协会等机构以及图书馆联盟制订协议的规范与原则,图书馆统一协议规范与版本,加强图书馆与电子资源供应商的合作,提高电子资源采访馆员素质。Negotiation and signing agreements are standard procedures of electronic resources acquisition in libraries.Agreements of electronic resources acquisition have a variety of types,and different types have different matters in signing process.For problems of electronic resource acquisition in libraries,the author proposes that the library and information association and the library consortia should formulate norms and principles of agreements,libraries should unify the specification and version of agreements,the cooperation of suppliers and libraries should be enhanced,and librarians of electronic resources acquisition work should improve their qualities.
