采编业务深加工外包中出现的问题与解决对策——以河北理工大学图书馆汇文系统为例

摘　　要：采编业务外包可分为粗加工外包和深加工外包,其中深加工外包业务因图书馆管理系统的不同而各有差异。对使用汇文文献信息服务系统并使用分类号和种次号作为索书号的图书馆而言,采编业务深加工外包中容易出现重书导致分批次加工不顺畅、西文图书的界定不一致、馆藏记录信息不能与图书一一对应等问题,因此,理顺该系统下采编业务深加工外包的各个流程、加强与馆配商的合作、多次进行图书查重非常必要。Outsourcing of acquisition and cataloging are divided into rough processing and intensive processing.For those libraries which use classification number and type number as call number and use Huiwen Library System,it is frequent that：repeated books bring problems in books batch processing,the definitions of western language books are different,collection information doesn＇t correspond with books.Therefore,it is necessary to straighten out every professional process of outsourcing,strengthen the cooperation with booksellers,check repeated books repeatedly.
