摘　　要：图书馆的创新服务是图书馆为适应不断变化的技术环境和日趋个性化的用户需求,应用现代的信息技术及先进的管理理念与管理手段,系统地组织图书馆各类资源的一种积极主动的服务方式。新加坡公共图书馆和高校图书馆卓越的战略规划、先进的服务理念及"以人为本"的服务实践,为我国图书馆的发展、建设提供了有益的借鉴。The innovative service refers to libraries apply modern information technology and advanced management methods to systematically organize resources of libraries in order to adapt the constantly changing technical environment and the individuation of users＇ demand.This paper introduces and analyzes the strategy planning,advanced service idea and ＇＇human oriented＇＇ service practice of Singapore public libraries and academic libraries,which will be helpful for the construction of domestic libraries.
