免疫不同的IBD中等毒力活疫苗对ND(LaSota)疫苗体液免疫应答影响

摘　　要：维扬麻鸡150只分为5组(即Ⅰ-Ⅴ组).其中I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,对应用市售的A、B、C三种lBD中等毒力活疫苗进行两次免疫接种,Ⅳ组为ND免疫对照组,Ⅴ组为空白对照组,在IBD活疫苗二免后定期监测鸡群免疫ND(LaSota)疫苗后的HI抗体消长情况,以评价这3种IBD活疫苗对NDHI抗体产生的影响程度。结果发现,I组(免疫A疫苗)对NDV的HI抗体水平的影响最大,Ⅱ组(免疫B疫苗)对NDV的HI抗体水平的影响次之,Ⅲ组(免疫C疫苗)对NDV HI抗体水平的影响轻微。150 Weiyang Ma chickens were divided into five groups randomly and groups I,ⅡⅢ were immunized with IBD moderate-virulent live vaccines. Group Ⅳ was ND control and group Ⅴ was vacant control. The antibodies against ND vaccines were regularly monitored after the second IBD moderate-virulent live vaccine immunization to evaluate the influence of the IBD immunization on ND antibody response. The results showed that vaccine,A （group I ） had an obvious influence on ND vaccine＇s antibody level and vaccine B （groupⅡ） had a medium influence and vaccine C （groupⅢ） had a slight influence on ND vaccine＇s antibody level.
