摘 要:试验随机选取1日龄地方鸡(原种鸡)115只,带翅号。于1、7、14、21、28、38、58、68、88、98、108、120、130、140、150、160、170、180、190、200、210、220、260、300日龄按号对应采泄殖腔棉拭子进行ELISA检测禽白血病病毒p27抗原。同时按号对应翅静脉采血分离血清进行ELISA检测A、B亚型抗体和J亚型抗体。260日龄时,对全群鸡只进行病毒分离。试验结果表明,全群鸡在监测的300日龄内均有ALV感染发生。其中p27抗原检出率在7日龄时达到最低值,为2.11%;在170日龄时达到最高峰,为32.18%。从38日龄到300日龄逐渐出现ALVA、B抗体阳性鸡只,阳性率在10%左右。260日龄时阳性率达到最高峰,为30.86%。260日龄病毒分离阳性率为29.49%(23/78),略高于棉拭子p27检出率20%(16/80),二者符合率为79.49%。J亚群抗体检测均为阴性。病毒感染与抗体变化没有直接相关性。One hundred and fifteen 1-day-old chicks of progenitor line breeder were randomly selected and labeled with wing-ring as ID Numbers. Cloacal cotton swabs were taken from the chickens at the age of 1,7,14,21,28,38,58,68,88,98,108,120,130,140,150,160,170,180,190,200,210,220,260,300 days for the detection of p27 antigen of avian leukosis virus using ELISA kits (IDEXX). At the same time,blood samples were collected from the chickens for the detection of antibodies against ALV subgroup A,B and J using ELISA kits (IDEXX). At 260 days of age,we used virus isolation as another detection method. From the results,we found that the whole breeder flock was naturally infected by ALV in the 300 days. The positive rate of p27 antigen went up to its peak as 32.18% at 170 days of age; it reached the lowest point as 2.11% at 7 days of age. The antibody examination indicated that the positive rate was around 10%. For the 260 day old chickens,the positive rate of specific antibodies against ALV subgroup A,B was the highest as 30.86%. At 260 days of age,the positive rate of virus isolation was a little more than the positive rate of p27 antigen. The coincidence rate of two results was 79.49%. However,the antibodies to ALV subgroup J were undetectable. These data showed that there was no direct relationship of antibody kinetics to ALV infection.
