富马酸单戊酯与富马酸单异戊酯的合成研究

摘　　要：以顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,经醇解和异构化反应合成富马酸单戊酯、富马酸单异戊酯。采用元素分析和红外光谱对目标化合物进行了结构表征。在无水AlCl3用量为0.9g一定时,通过正交实验得到反应的较佳工艺条件:酯化反应温度65℃,酯化反应时间2.5h,异构化反应温度105℃,异构化反应时间3.5h,该工艺条件下富马酸单戊酯和富马酸单异戊酯的产率分别为69.42%和61.19%。Monopentyl fumarate and monoisopentyl fumarate were synthesized from maleic anhydride by alcoholysis and isomerization.The compounds were confirmed by elementary analysis and infrared spectrum.The optimum conditions obtained by orthogonal experiments are as follows：esterification time 2.5 h,esterification temperature 65 ℃,isomerization time 3.5 h,isomerization temperature 105 ℃,and isomerization catalyst 0.9 g.The yield of monopentyl fumarate and monoamyl fumarate was 69.42% and 61.19%,respectively.
