摘 要:经350例下肢全长X线片测量,获得我国成人下肢轴线正常值:股骨干双髁角810°,胫骨干平台角936°,关节间隙角14°,股胫角1762°。下肢机械轴通过胫骨平台中心偏内约578%处。这些角度随年龄增加而增大,以股骨干双髁角及关节间隙角增大明显。女性,特别是体重过重者改变最显著。股胫角增大,机械轴线内移将导致关节载荷紊乱。lower extremities have been measured through their whole long X-ray film, from which we have gotten a series of normal value of Chinese adult lower extreminty. Femoral shaft double condyle angle is 81 0°, tibial shaft plateau angle is 93 6°, joint gap angle is 1 4°, femorotibial angle is 176 2° Lower extremity mechanical axis passes through inside of tibial plateau centre about 57 8%. These angles would be increase with the age growing up especially femoral shaft double condyle angle and joint gap angle. Female, particularly over weight female, their angles change is most obvious. The femorotibial angle increased and mechanical axis moved inside may be one of the pathogenesis factor of knee joint arthritis.
