水性环氧地坪涂料的合成研究

摘　　要：通过采用乳化型环氧固化剂乳化环氧树脂E-51,再结合颜填料、助剂合成了一种水性环氧地坪涂料。讨论了固化剂和树脂配比、颜填料和微蜡粉用量对涂膜性能的影响。试验证明:当树脂和固化剂配比为(1.5～1.6)∶1、颜填料用量为32%～34%、微蜡粉用量为1.5%～2.0%时,涂膜的性能最佳。A waterborne epoxy floor coatings was synthesized by epoxy resin E-51,emulsifying epoxy curing agent,pigments and additives.It has many advantages,such as high hardness,good abrasion resistance,excellent corrosion resistance and flexibility,low smell,good self-leveling etc.the influence of the ratio of epoxy curing agent and epoxy resin E-51,the amount of pigment and micro-wax powder to the performance of the film were discussed.Experiment showed when the ratio of epoxy curing agent and epoxy resin E-51 is（1.5～1.6） ∶ 1,the amount of pigment and micro-wax powder is 32%～34% and 1.5%～2.0%,respectively,the performance of the film is the best.
