摘　　要：目的探讨B超引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术（MPCNL）治疗上尿路结石的方法、疗效及并发症。方法回顾分析我院2008年7月～2009年7月应用B超引导下MPCNL治疗上尿路结石132例患者的临床资料。对其方法、疗效、手术并发症进行分析总结。结果全部病例均顺利建立经皮肾取石通道,单通道取石118例,双通道取石14例,一期取石117例,二期取石15例,手术时间60～180min,总结石取净率87.9%（116/132）。术中出血3例,冲洗液外渗2例,术后感染3例,无血气胸、腹腔脏器损伤、肾切除等严重并发症。结论 B超引导下MPCNL治疗上尿路结石是一种穿刺成功率高、安全、有效的微创治疗方法,值得在基层医院开展。Objective To explore the method,efficacy and complications of B-US guided MPCNL in treating upper urinary tract calculi.Methods 132 patients with upper urinary tract calculi received B-US guided MPCNL in our hospital from July,2008 to July,2009,data were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results All operation were performed successfully.118 paitients were operated with single access while 14 with dual-access.The mean operation time was 60～ 180min,the postoperative stone-free rate was 87.9%（116/132）.Hemorrhage was found in 3 cases post operation.Postoperative infection was found in 3 patients and 2 patients have the fluid extravasation.There were no severe complications such as hemopneumothorax,kidney excision and abdominal organ injuries.Conclusions B-US guided MPCNL is a safe,effective and minimally invasive treatment method with a higher successful puncture rate and is worth launching in primary hospitals.
