摘  要:目的探讨氟芬合剂对剖宫产术中欣母沛不良反应的预治作用。方法选择足月妊娠并存宫缩乏力危险因素、剖宫产术中需要欣母沛宫体注射的产妇80例,随机等分为两组(n=40)。C组(对照组)使用欣母沛前2min静脉注射生理盐水3ml,I组(实验组)使用欣母沛前2min静脉注射氟芬合剂1单位(芬太尼0.1mg+氟哌啶5mg)。观察两组产妇宫体注射欣母沛前后呼吸、循环变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果 I组恶心、呕吐、胸闷、面部潮红等发生率均低于C组(P〈0.01);宫体注射欣母沛后10min两组血压均升高,但I组血压升高幅度低于C组(P〈0.01),I组心率、呼吸频率、SpO2变化不明显,C组心率增加、呼吸频率增快、SpO2下降明显(P〈0.01)。结论静脉注射氟芬合剂1单位对剖宫产术中宫体注射欣母沛的不良反应具有防治作用。Objective To observe the prophylactic effect of innovar on adverse reactions of Hemabate in cesarean section. Methods 60 mature pregnant women at risk of uterine atony, about to undergo an elective cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, were assigned randomly to group I and group C, 30 in each. After delivery, women in group I received innovar 1 intravenously 2min before Hemabate 250ug was injected into uterine muscle, while patients in group C received saline 3ml instead of innovarl The adverse reactions of Hemabate were observed. Results 10min after Hemabate was injected, the blood pressure increased in both group, which in group I were significantly lower than those in group C (P0. 01). heart rate and breathing frequency increased ,SpO2 decreased in group C(P0.01).The incidence of nausea,vomiting,chest distress,facial flushing were lower in group I than those in group C (P0. 01).Conclusion Intravenous injection innovar can effectively prevent adverse reactions of Hemabate in cesarean section.
