新时期四川省业余训练走向研究

摘　　要：运用调查、访谈、文献资料调研、逻辑与统计分析等方法,对四川省业余训练开展的现状、存在的问题、解决的方式、未来的走向等进行了研究。研究表明,近5年,四川省业余训练有了很大的发展,但仍存在制约四川省业余训练长足发展的突出矛盾与问题。在新时期,四川省业余训练应当根据我国体育体制改革的总体发展目标与趋势,结合四川省特殊的经济、社会、体育发展实际,确立培养"健康、全面发展的青少年"的目标定位,选择"多元化"的业余训练模式。为此,新时期四川省业余训练要以调整"体、教结合"为突破口,鼓励支持多种力量开展业余训练工作,努力建成符合四川省实际情况的后备人才培养体制和运行机制,将竞技体育后备人才培养由传统途径向重点依托教育系统方向转变,最终实现业余训练"多元主体"的发展模式。Methods of investigation, expert interview, literature review, logical analysis and statistics are comprehensively adopted in this paper to sum up the present situation, main problems, solutions and trend of amateur sports training in Sichuan province. In recent five years, amateur sports training in Sichuan province has been greatly developed, hut outstanding contradictions or problems will constrain its significant progress. The study hold that the reform of amateur sports training in Sichuan should keep up with the overall development objectives and trends of Chinese sports system, abide by concrete social, economic and sports situation in Sichuan, set an overall goal of ＂healthy and all-round development of young people＂, and select a diversified training model. The study suggests that the adjustment of amateur sports training in Sichuan must take the combination of sports and education as a breakthrough, encourage social groups＇ investment of amateur sports training, follow the guiding ideology of establishing a sport talent cultivation system with Sichuan characteristics, shift traditional channels of sport talent cultivation to an education system based one, and finally realize the diversified development model of amateur sports training.
