摘　　要：易燃危险品在包装前要进行分类检测,从测定燃烧速率的角度对其危险等级进行分类鉴定,对整个测试装置的外部设备进行了设计、加工、制作,对检测系统进行了硬件设计和基于组态控制技术的软件开发。经实际应用界面友好、操作简便、测定精准、可靠性高。The combustible dangerous articles must be tested and classified before they are packed.According to the dangerous degree they are checked and classified from a buring rate measuring angle in this paper.Some of external device are designed,processed and produced.Also in this item,hardware circuit of the checking system is designed and the software is developed based on the configuration control.This development thought has played a leader part among the similar devices. By the practical application,it has a friendly interface,simple operation,and accurate measuring and high reliability.
