摘  要:目的:对热压灭菌、活性炭吸附、微孔滤膜、超滤和微波等几种除内毒素方法进行比较。方法:向无内毒素细菌内毒素检查用水外加定量内毒素,采用动态浊度法测定除内毒素前后内毒素的含量,考察几种方法的除内毒素效率。结果:活性炭吸附法效果最好,对无内毒素溶剂内毒素的清除率均在99.0%以上。结论:活性炭吸附和超滤法对内毒素有很好的清除效果。动态浊度法是内毒素定量检测的一种简便、快捷的方法。OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of depyrogenation of heat pressure sterilization,activated carbon adsorption, micropore filter method,uhrafihration and microwave. METHODS Kinetic turbidimetric assay were used to inspect the effeet of the 5 methods of depyrogenation by adding the extra endotoxin to the nonpyrogenic bacterial endotoxin test water. RESULTS Activated carbon adsorption had the best effect on depyrogenation and the clearance rate was above 99. 0%. CONCLUSION Activated carbon adsorption and uhrafihration had good effect on depyrogenation; kinetic turhidimetric assay was a fast and convenient method in endotoxin quantitation test.
