葆肾康颗粒对慢性肾衰竭大鼠的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的:通过慢性肾功能衰竭的大鼠模型,验证葆肾康颗粒的治疗作用。方法:除正常组和假手术组外,利用肾5/6切除复制大鼠慢性肾衰(CRF)模型,并将造模大鼠随机分为模型组、低、中、高剂量(分别给予葆肾康颗粒5,10,20g.kg-1)组,观察治疗后大鼠的相关生化指标以及肾脏病理学切片的变化。结果:与模型组比较,葆肾康颗粒中、高剂量组BUN显著降低(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组Scr显著降低(P<0.05);中、高剂量组Hb显著升高(P<0.05);给药组肾脏病理损伤均有不同程度的减轻。结论:葆肾康颗粒能有效治疗大鼠的CRF,同时改善CRF引起的贫血症状,并且随着给药剂量的提高疗效越明显。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Baoshenkang grannules on chronic renal failure （CRF） in rats. METHODS The CRF models were induced by 5/6 nephrectomy in rats. In addition to normal group and sham-operation group, the CRF rats were randomly divided into 4 groups： model group, low-, moderate-, and high-dosage group. The latter three groups were treated with Baoshenkang grannules at 5,10,20 g · kg^ -1 respectively. After treatment, the changes in renal function, biochemical indicators, and renal pathology were investigated. RESULTS Compared with model group, BUN in both moderate-dosage group and high -dosage group were decreased significantly（P〈0. 05 ）, Scr in each group was decreased too（P〈0. 05）, both Hb in moderate-dosage group and high -dosage group were elevated significantly（P〈0. 05）, renal pathologic injuries in three groups were palliated differently. CONCLUSION Baoshenkang granules have therapeutic effects on CRF in rats, it can ameliorate anemia induced by CRF.
