摘　　要：鉴于目前我国企业面临的发展瓶颈,结合当前经济发展局势与企业实践,以洛阳市制造业企业为调查对象,从科技创新投入能力、产出能力、实现能力、管理能力以及企业对创新的重视程度、创新过程中的主要障碍和创新的环境等问题出发,对制造业企业科技创新现状进行了问卷调查和分析,研究了科技创新如何提升制造业企业的技术水平。In view of the bottleneck in front of the development of domestic enterprises at present,combining the current economic development situation and the practice of enterprises and taking the manufacturing enterprises in Luoyang as the investigation object,the paper carried out the questionnaire survey and the analysis to current scientific technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises and studied how to promote the technology of manufacturing enterprises with scientific and technological innovation in terms of input ability,output effect,implementation possibility,management capacity of scientific and technological innovation,as well as the value degree in enterprises,major obstacle during innovation and innovational surroundings etc.
