摘　　要：通过分析1980—2005年间我国地下水供水量的变化过程,指出地下水在保障城市供水安全中的重要作用和存在的问题。结合我国地下水管理现状,从地下水开发利用规划与配置管理、地下水涵养与保护、重点地区地下水环境治理与修复、地下水管理和监督能力建设、地下水应急与战略储备水源建设与管理等方面提出对策建议。Through the analysis on the groundwater supply variation between 1980 and 2005 in China, it figures out the crucial role of groundwater to ensure the urban water supply safety and the existing problems. Combing the current situation of groundwater management, some suggestions are given from the aspect of groundwater exploitation and configure management, groundwater conservation and protection, groundwater environment improving and restoration in key area, groundwater management and monitoring ability construction, groundwater emergency and strategic storage of water sources construction and management.
