摘 要:采用冷冻干燥法制备海藻酸钙-聚乙烯醇半互穿网络多孔膜材料,利用扫描电镜进行了形貌表征,并考察了多孔复合膜的吸水、保水和溶胀性能。结果表明,实验制得的半互穿网络多孔膜具有开放、贯通的多孔结构,孔径范围在40~200μm之间。多孔膜的吸水率和保水率随PVA浓度增大先减小后增大,且生理盐水测试组中的数值偏高于蒸馏水测试组。多孔复合膜的溶胀速率较快,10min内可达溶胀平衡。The novel porous semi-interpenetrating network (semi-IPN) membranes of calcium alginate (CA)-poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) were prepared by freeze-drying method.The surface structure of the porous membranes was characterized by SEM,and their water absorption ratio,retention ratio and swelling ratio were explored.Results showed that the membranes possessed interconnected pore structure and the average pore sizes were 40-200μm.The membranes were sensitive to the normal saline,while their absorbency and retentiveness were relevant to the concentration of PVA.The membranes could reach swelling equilibrium in 10min.
