摘  要:气体钻井是目前国际上迅猛发展的一项技术,被广泛应用于钻井提速、降低成本、保护油气藏等方面。在气体钻井中应用空气锤能够改善钻井性能,提高钻速。从空气锤钻进过程中井底岩石的力学性质、冲击旋转的钻井方法以及清洁井底方面分析了提高钻速的原因,并结合实验室岩石破碎状态,对空气锤钻井破岩特点进行分析,得出提高钻速得利于井底负压、高频冲击动载及清洁的井底。Gas drilling,which is the international technology of rapid development,is widely used in increasing drilling rate,cutting costs and protecting oil and gas reservoirs,particularly in enhancing the drilling rate and declining borehole inclination.While application of air hammer shows a considerable advantage in improving drilling performance in gas drilling.The reasons for improving the drilling rate in aspects of mechanical properties of rock in the bottom of well,the way of percussion drilling and clearing well bottom were analyzed.With the experiment of rock breakage in lab,rock breakage features in gas drilling with air hammer was analyzed.And finally A conclusionwas obtained that the reasons of increasing ROP are negative pressure of well bottom,impact load of high frequency and clean well bottom.
