摘　　要：W型曳引抽油机以机架为载体,采用外转子稀土永磁同步电机为动力,由变频控制器提供变频后的低频电流供给外转子稀土永磁同步电机,使电机在超低转速下输出大扭矩。通过改变电流的频率可以改变电机的转速;改变电流的方向可以改变电机的转向。电机直接驱动安装在两侧的曳引轮,依靠正压力和摩擦力带动钢丝绳及动滑轮悬点载荷和配重作往复运动,进而带动抽油杆和抽油泵采油。通过多个油田试用,该机具有节能、减排、增效、控制自动化等显著技术特性,是近年来研发出来的较理想的新一代无游梁式抽油机。W type tractive pumping unit consists of frame and movable system,power system,traction system,control system,counterbalance weight and security system and so on.The working principle of W type tractive pumping unit adopts frame as carrier,and Rare earth permanent magnate synchronous motor with outer-rotor as power.The variable frequency controller transfers low-frequency current to magnetic synchronous with outer-rotor in order that the motor could transfer Peak torque at ultra-low rotating speed.We could change the rotating speed of motor by changing current frequency,and adjust steering of motor by changing the direction of motor.Motor directly drives the tractive sheaves and it drives wireline,movable pulley and balance weight by pressure and friction to do reciprocating motion and drives sucker rod pump and sucker rod to product oil.W type tractive pumping unit has been used in many oil fields.According to analysis of experiment effect,it has apparent technical features of energy-saving,emission reduction,and high efficiency and automatic control.It is one kind of ideal new generation without beam pumping unit in recent years.
