抽油杆助抽扶正器研制

摘　　要：为防止抽油杆管偏磨,提高泵效,延长井下抽油系统的使用寿命及检泵周期,研制了一种抽油杆助抽扶正器。将多个抽油杆助抽扶正器连接在抽油杆柱中,每一个抽油杆助抽扶正器相当于装在抽油杆上的可以开合的柱塞。下冲程时自动打开,上下畅通,只起扶正、防偏磨作用;上冲程时自动闭合,形成多个在油管中的大直径柱塞,随抽油杆一起上升,分担了作用在抽油泵柱塞上的压差,从而减少了柱塞与泵筒之间的漏失与磨损,可提高井下设备的寿命,延长检泵周期。A centralizer to the sucker rod was developed in order to prevent the partial wear of the rod and tubing,improve the pumping efficiency,and extend the using period and maintenance period.As the requirement of preventing partial wear of the rod,several centralizers were connected in the rod string,each one worked as a plunger which was installed in the rod and could be open and close.It is fully opened automatically during the down-stroke,working as a centralizer and preventing the partial wear.It is closed automatically during the up-stroke,forming several big-size plungers in the tubing string and moving up together with the rod to bear the differential-pressure on the plunger of the pumping unit so as to reduce the loss and wear between the plunger and pump barrel,improve the life of down hole system and extend the maintenance period.
