摘  要:针对大港油田常规偏心分注二级三段及其上部无法验封问题,引入双通路偏心分注技术,并在现场先导试验的基础上,进行针对性改进和扩大试验。设计了双通路偏心配水器液压制动机构,实现了双通路配水器免投捞;改进进水口下沿倾角、加宽进水口和防砂帽进水槽、增加过流孔、改进堵塞器投头和扶正体导入角、装导流片等,使改进后的双通路偏心配水器集防砂、防卡功能于一体,不仅结构合理,而且提高了工艺适应性,减少了投捞测配工作量。Impossibility of eccentric separate layer injection and sealing detection of upper section often happened in Dagang Oilfield.A dual-path eccentric injection technology was induced,and based on site pilot test;the improvement and expanding test were implemented.A hydraulic braking for dual path eccentric water distributor was designed to realize running-fishing-free of dual path water distributor;improving the lower obliquity of water inlet and widening water inlet and sand protector at inlet;adding flow bore,guiding angle and stabilizer modified,adding guide vain.The improved dual path eccentric water distributor combines sand-proof and block-free in one,which has reasonable structure,high suitability and reduces labor strength.
