摘 要:目的:评价氟罗沙星和洛美沙星的体内外抗菌活性。方法:采用琼脂平板稀释法测最小抑菌浓度,微量稀释法测血清杀菌活性。结果:氟罗沙星和氧氟沙星对大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷白杆菌、痢疾杆菌及金葡菌体外抗菌活性相似,其MIC90为0.25~2mg/L,洛美沙星对上述菌的MIC90较氧氟沙星及氟罗沙星高2~4倍。氧氟沙星、氟罗沙星及洛美沙星对大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌及痢疾杆菌的峰时血清杀菌活性≥1∶8的百分率分别为80%~100%,90%~100%和50%~80%。结论:与氧氟沙星相似,氟罗沙星对大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷白菌及痢疾杆菌具有较强的体外抗菌活性和体内杀灭作用,是治疗肠杆菌感染的有效药物。OBJECTIVE:The antibacterial activities in vitro and in vivo of domestic fleroxacin and lomefloxacin were evaluated.METHODS:Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)and serum bactericidal activity (SBA)were determined by agar disk dilution and microplate method respectively.RESULTS:The antibacterial activities in vitro of fleroxacin are similar to that of ofloxacin in against E.Coli,K pneumonia,Shigella spp with a MIC 90 of 0.25~2 mg/L,but the MIC 90 of lomefloxacin in against bacterial species mentioned above are 2 to 4 fold of that of ofloxacin and fleroxacin .The percentage of peak SBA≥1∶8 in against E.Coli,Kpneumonia, and Shigella spp for ofloxacin,fleroxacin and lomefloxacin are 80%~100%,90%~100% and 50%~80%respectively( P <0.01).CONCLUSION:The antibacterial activities in vivo and in vitro of fleroxacin in against E.Coli,K pneumonia,and Shigella spp are similar to that of ofloxacin and even stronger than that of lomefloxacin.
