摘　　要：建立社区居民健康档案对居民的健康管理有着十分重要的意义。本文针对我省在建立社区居民健康档案过程中出现的一些问题,提出应从提高健康意识、加强人才培养、建立统一信息化平台等六个方面来加强社区居民健康档案的建立与管理。It is very important for health management of resident to establishing community resident health file, the thesis mainly discuss improving resident health aware, strengthen doctor training and establishing unity information platform and so on, so as to enhance establishing and management of community resident health file aiming at emerging some problem in the course of establishing community resident health file for Qinghai province.
