低碳旅游城市:旅游城市转型发展的新标杆

摘　　要：随着中国经济转变发展方式的强力推进,中国优秀旅游城市面临着发展方式转型的挑战和重大契机。创建低碳旅游城市是城市宜居生态发展的高级阶段。创新城市低碳旅游公共服务导则,营造城市低碳旅游吸引物体系、发展城市低碳旅游设施、培育城市畅爽旅游体验环境、倡导城市低碳旅游消费方式是低碳旅游城市发展近期要关注的5个基本层面。为此,要规范发展、互动发展、示范发展,加快形成中国特色的低碳旅游城市发展格局。The agreement formed by the UN climate change conference in Copenhagen,reunites the responsibility and consensus for humay＇s response to global climate change.Transforming the mode of development has become a new Long March of the 21st century in the history of human development.As the transformation of the Chinese Mode of Economic Development progress,China Excellent Tour-City will face some challenge and major opportunities brought by the transformation mode of growth.Creating a low-carbon tourist city is the advanced stage of city livable and eco-development.Innovation in urban public services guidelines of low-carbon tourism,creating low-carbon tourist attraction,developing urban low-carbon tourism facilities,nurturing comfortable urban tour environment,and promoting low-carbon tourism consumption patterns,are five fundamental dimensions to construct a low-carbon tour city.To this end,there is a need for regulatory,interactive,as well as exemplary development,and speeding up to form the pattern of low-carbon tourism citys development with Chinese characteristics.
